How We Coach

Character first.
Always.

Anyone can read a strength program. Fewer can spot when an athlete's having a bad day, scale a workout to fit a recovering knee, or know exactly when to push and when to back off.

Our coaches all hold the certifications you'd expect — but we hire on something harder to measure: the ability to make every member feel seen on day one and on year five.

Every coach can lead a WOD, a strength session, and a beginner foundations class. No siloed specialists — just well-rounded humans.

Every workout has a version that meets you where you are. New, injured, returning, advanced — there's a path for you in the room.

We don't publish coach profiles online — and that's intentional. The way they coach, scale, encourage, and read a room is something a bio can't capture. The fastest way to meet them is to show up to a session.
