Kids & Teens
A fun, age-appropriate program for young athletes.
Strength, agility, gymnastics and games — built around fun first. Confidence, coordination and a love of movement that lasts a lifetime.
Specialised
Three sessions a week. Pure barbell focus.
Snatch, clean and jerk — coached technique, structured programming, and the patience to actually get strong. Open to anyone with a foundation in the basics.
